Return & Refund Policy

At Outdoor Hunting Lab, we stand behind our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us so we can make it right.

This policy explains which products may be returned, which products are not returnable, and when replacements or refunds are available.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Unsatisfactory Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

We may ask for photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, or damage so we can review the issue and improve our process. In many cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

Replacements

We are happy to replace products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory. If a replacement is available, we will ship the replacement to the original shipping address or another address you provide.

If you do not want a replacement, or if a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return or issue was caused by our mistake, a damaged item, or a defective product.

Frozen Scent Products

Frozen scent products are not eligible for return because we cannot verify or guarantee proper temperature control, freshness, or product condition if shipped back by the customer.

However, if a frozen scent product arrives damaged, defective, thawed, leaking, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. We may request photos of the product and packaging before issuing a replacement or refund.

Customized Calls and Personalized Products

Customized calls and personalized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded because they cannot be resold.

All customized call orders, including photo calls, are subject to review and approval before production. Outdoor Hunting Lab reserves the right to reject or cancel any custom order containing images, text, symbols, or other content we determine to be inappropriate for our products, including but not limited to indecent, obscene, sexually suggestive, profane, crude, hateful, threatening, violent, illegal, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable content.

If a custom image or design is rejected before production, we may request a replacement image or design, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

If a customized call arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. A return is usually not required, but we may request photos of the product and packaging.

Please review all custom details carefully before placing your order. Once a customized product has been made, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.


Mouth Calls / Diaphragm Calls

For health and sanitary reasons, mouth calls and diaphragm calls cannot be returned once they have been used or opened in a way that makes them unsanitary to resell.

Unused mouth calls may be returned for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused condition and include the original packaging.

Apparel

Unused apparel, including hats, shirts, and hoodies, may be returned for a full refund if it is in new, unworn, unwashed condition.

Apparel that has been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or otherwise used cannot be returned.

Other Products

Most other products may be returned for a full refund if they are returned in complete, usable condition. All original contents, parts, bottles, accessories, packaging, and included items must be returned. Bottles and containers must be returned full unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory.

Items that are missing contents, used beyond inspection, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Outdoor Hunting Lab is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return or Request a Replacement

To start a return, request a replacement, or report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@outdoorhuntinglab.com with your order number, name, and a brief description of the issue.

If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

Final Review

Outdoor Hunting Lab reserves the right to approve or deny refund, return, and replacement requests based on the condition of the product, the type of product, and the details of the request.
