The biggest complaint among hunters who use deer urine is that it doesn't work very often. This is often because the scent is loaded with preservatives, watered down, or is starting to decompose. Another reason is from not using enough. Deer typically urinate about 6 ounces, so using only a small amount won't be as effective as using several ounces.
